2 small and thin extra lean hamburger pattys
1 hamburger bun
1 1/2 flour tortillas
3 tsp low fat mayo
Sriracha
1 orange
1 homemade small blueberry muffin
1 bowl corn flakes
1/3 serving honey mustard kettle chips
*I weighed this morning and feel okay eating less carefully, but for not much longer, I am going to get right back on track*
