Dinner

2 servings hot pickled carrots and jalepenos
1 serving salad w/carrots and onions w/low sodium soy sauce/Sriracha hot sauce dressing
5 corn chips
1/3 tsp gaucamole
1 tsp homemade salsa
1 quesadilla w/cheddar cheese and refried beans. (there was probably one ounce or so, maybe less, of cheese melted on one side of the inside of the quesidilla, and I peeled 1/2 of it off the tortilla, so I ultimately ate half the cheese in the quesadilla)
