2 big bowls of salad w/grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, carrots, with a dressing made of a little rice wine vinegar, a little sodium lite soy sauce, a little hoisin sauce, and a little Sriracha
1/2 onion hamburger bun
1/4 lean hamburger patty

  1. I think it is great that you are posting everything you are eating. I liked the idea so much that I am now doing the same thing. It really made me think about what I put in my mouth today!
