Last night. Had kind of a shitty day, and unlike last time when I binged without any emotional triggering, but just hadn't eaten much and had been steadily getting less aware, this time I think I just felt like shit and gave into the urge for the momentary false comfort it offered.
Anyway, here we go:
2 organic black bean microwave burritos
Not sure, but guessing maybe 10 cups of white rice smothered in what ultimately was probably 1-2 cups of high fat salad dressing
1 bowl of corn flakes with maybe 1 1/2 cups of peanut butter
4 pieces of whole wheat bread dipped in 1/2 cup of high fat salad dressing.
