Lunch

No breakfast today as I hauled my ass back to ID from Salt Lake early in order to get a project completed for work.

Ate finally around 2:30 once project was completed.

1 big bowl of frosted shredded wheat w/a little corn flakes thrown in for good measure
2 pieces of honey whole wheat toast from Great Harvest
1 20 ounce can of pineapple chunks
5 egg whites scrambled w/Sriracha Hot Sauce
